Scott Weisbeck was originally born in Plains, MT in he early 70's. Scott’s father worked for the Federal Highway administration building roads and infrastructure in our National Parks in Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado This gave Scott the opportunity to explore small streams and large rivers throughout the Rocky Mountain States. This is one reason Scott is not only a passionate outdoorsman/ fisherman but also a registered Professional Civil Engineer.
Scott and his wife Nicole moved back to Montana in early 2018 from the western Denver foothills area to enjoy the simpler things in life. It wasn’t a hard choice to trade in the hourly commutes of Colorado traffic & the even longer commutes to chase fish to less than a ten minute drive to the nearest boat ramp to float and explore.
Scott will provide you an exceptional experience on the Yellowstone and surrounding watersheds such as the Madison or Stillwater Rivers. His experience and calm nature will ensure that his guests are learning about fishing and enjoying the Livingston Area and most of all having fun! Scott enjoys sharing his knowledge and regularly volunteers for Project Healing Waters taking veterans on floats & attending fly tying webinars.
Many clients inquire as to how did he ended up in Livingston - the windiest town in Montana/America?
The short answer: Scott’s best friend, Brian Menges, whom he has known since 1979, owns a few establishments in town (aka the Murray Bar, Gill's Goods, and the Second Street Bistro) and that's probably where you will find him when he's not chasing trout in Paradise Valley.

A 4th generation Montanan, born and raised in Northwest Montana, fishing for trout on some of the most fabled stretches of water in the US. Her passion as an angler carried her through college at Montana State University.
She now lives in SW Montana where she is a full time outfitter, guide and fly fishing instructor. Rowing her guests down the scenic Yellowstone, Madison, Gallatin and Missouri rivers. In 2017/18, she left the Montana winters to become the first female guide at El Saltamontes Lodge in a remote part of Patagonia, Chile.
When not guiding, teaching and sharing her passion with others, she’s designing for Damsel Fly Fishing, a women’s fly fishing accessory brand she Co-Founded with her sister. Taking bland fly fishing accessories and adding a feminine twist.
In between, she hosts trips to Belize in search of the “silver king”, Bristol Bay Alaska flying in float planes in search of ginormous rainbows, flying in a MI-8 helicopter over the Far East in pursuit of carnivorous mouse eating trout that call the rivers of the Kamchatka Peninsula home, or on the rivers of the Pacific Northwest chasing steelhead.
